We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at help@nexagadgets.in. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and provide instructions on how to send your package back. Items sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

**Damages and Issues** Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and rectify it.
**Refunds** We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
